1. Acceptance of Terms
   Welcome to WWDC26 Playground (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform” or “WWDC26”). By accessing, using, or registering for the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter “these Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Service Description
   The Platform is an online coding Playground designed for Swift and Apple ecosystem developers, students, and enthusiasts. It allows users to create, run, and share interactive Swift Playground projects, aiming to spark creativity, promote learning, and foster community exchange.

3. User Accounts and Registration
   Some advanced features require account registration. You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and keep it updated. You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including protecting your password. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if violations are detected.

4. User Content
   You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on the Platform (including but not limited to code, projects, text, images, videos, etc.). You represent and warrant that your content:

• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations;

• Does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, or other legitimate rights;

• Does not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, violent, or harmful material.

By uploading or sharing content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, promote, store, reproduce, and operate the Platform services.

5. Prohibited Conduct
   You may not engage in the following behaviors (including but not limited to):

• Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, false, or infringing content;

• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform, including hacking, reverse engineering, or malicious scripts;

• Unauthorized large-scale scraping, copying, or commercial use of Platform content;

• Impersonating others, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent activities;

• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property
   All intellectual property rights of the Platform (including interface design, code framework, logos, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Platform operator or its licensors. Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, you do not obtain any other rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, virus-free, or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Modification of Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be notified via Platform announcement or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at the domicile of the Platform operator.
